I'd appreciate if you did not leave less Stars because you are not happy with a size. I do all I humanly can to provide multiple references of every item so you know what to expect - it is up to you to ask questions prior to purchase or contact me if anything is unclear! 🔵 Shipping: DON'T PANIC if charges are higher than expected at Checkout. I use Etsy's Shipping Calculator to determine mailing costs and sometimes the calculator over-charges, especially on multiple lighter items. I refund overages (over $1.) should this occur.

🔵 Unless otherwise stated, metal items are nickel, lead and cadmium-free. Jewelry suppliers/vendors state this of the jewelry items purchased, however since we do not make or manufacture the metal materials, it is out-of-our control... therefore we want to err on the side of caution for that reason. Please purchase knowing this.

🔵 Color(s) shown in photos may differ depending on lighting or your monitor. I have No control how colors or lighting
look on other computer/screens so if you receive an item that appears different than your expectation, simply return.

🔵 Some pendants/charms may require an 'O' ring before adding to a chain so the pendant hangs facing forward. Be sure you understand the position/size of the pendant bail before purchasing.

🔵 Purchasing Vintage: I have many vintage items which means these items are at least 20 years and older. If you are looking for 'perfect', vintage may not be for you. I aim to show accurate detailed item photos and descriptions that might have normal imperfections, color wearing, missing/loose parts, etc. Imperfections can be perfectly normal for the age. Contact me if you have any questions prior - There are No Returns or Exchanges on vintage items.

🩵🩵 PLEASE! This is going to be a long paragraph but I cannot stress this enough unfortunately. Regarding Order Delivery, if your package from me appears to be lost or is marked DELIVERED by the USPS Tracking and you personally did not receive it, it is beyond my control to locate it for you. What you view on USPS Tracking information is exactly what I will see as well so contacting your Mail-person or P.O. directly asap is crucial.
Many times the package may eventually end up arriving to you but I suggest checking with household family members and neighbors.... and again, contact your local Post Office with the Tracking Number - they should be able to tell you exactly where it is or when the package was delivered and hopefully can locate it for you. (Sometimes, oddly, a package will be marked 'delivered' but it is still waiting at the P.O., so inquire locally as soon as you can).

Your Tracking # can be found on your 'PURCHASES and Reviews' Page (under YOUR ACCOUNT tab) - please locate it and give your P.O. this information.

With this being said, I cannot give refunds or just re-send a duplicate Order that is marked Delivered or is lost. Unfortunately, once I have mailed you your order, it is out of my control and hands, literally.
As a reminder, be SURE to double-check your mailing address you have entered with Etsy to make sure your Order travels to the correct location.
(Keep in mind that a 'Signature Confirmation' may be purchased for an add'l $3.75 to ensure your package is delivered and signed for directly by someone at your delivery address - Just request PRIOR to your purchase!)
