This arrived safely today. Thank you for the care taken to make such a beautiful tooth fairy pillow and wrapping it ready for gift-giving.

About

Love of beauty is taste. The creation of beauty is art. Ralph Waldo Emerson

We live in a world of beauty. God's creative genius is evident in all creation~ a sunset, walking through a forest, a newborn baby, a thunderstorm, a hummingbird, looking up at the heavens. He made things of beauty and full of color. He could have made the world black and white, but He didn't. We are drawn to beauty. Creating things that other people love brings me joy.

I am the daughter of an artistic dad who can draw beautifully and paints for fun. My mom is really creative and always making things, especially on her sewing machine and in the kitchen. My creative outlet is different from both of them. I began making jewelry years ago when my 3 children were all young. Now one is married, and two are in college. And I'm still creating jewelry...

Tooth fairy bracelets are my biggest seller. A dental hygienist encouraged me to make them when my children were still young, and I first began by selling them through my dentist's office. My family urged me to join Etsy and begin selling jewelry in 2009. It took a lot of prodding, but I'm so glad I did.

The tooth fairy pillows began after I continued to hear mothers of boys ask if I sold anything for them. It wasn't hard to get my mom on board to do the sewing for me. We make a great team. She is a perfectionist and it shows. My earliest memories of my mom were of her sitting at her sewing machine making things for her family.

The vanilla extract reflects my life in the kitchen. The extract is an unexpected addition to a 'mostly-jewelry' store, but I was encouraged to begin selling it because everyone loves it. It's a wonderful hostess, thank you or teacher gift.

My latest addition has been sharks' teeth jewelry for boys.

I continually enjoy meeting new friends on Etsy~ let me know if there is anything I can do for you. Custom orders are welcome.

My shop is eclectic, but maybe this explains why the other pieces are here and how they all fit together.

It all began just making earrings for fun. Then tooth fairy bracelets to sell. Everything else followed. I enjoy classic, great books & movies. I am a Christ-follower. Also a counselor at a pro-life pregnancy center. I play at photography & cooking.

    Seamstress Sews Tooth Fairy Pillows

My mom has been sitting at her sewing machine my entire life. Its hum was a regular noise growing up in my house. We all had homemade clothes (even my Barbies.) She can make anything. She is my biggest cheerleader in life.
