What is your return policy?
We accept returns on everything except chain and earrings, as long as the item is returned in its original condition. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we can refund you as long as the package arrives to us within 14 days of the delivery date. ***ALL CHAINS AND EARRINGS ARE FINAL SALE, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.***

What happens when the package says delivered but I never received the package?
We are not responsible for packages once the tracking number has been marked as delivered. You can contact your local post office and make a claim with them, but we are not responsible for issuing refunds. You can purchase signature confirmation to protect against this issue.
