What's your return policy?
We appreciate your business and want our customers to always be satisfied. If a product does not meet your expectations message us and we will gladly take your returns. We ask that you send all returns as they came, on the strand or in the package. Once we receive your package in the mail we will issue a full refund. At this time, we do not provide return postage.
How much is the shipping charges?
We have a flat rate of $4.99 per order.
What service do you use to ship?
We ship all orders with USPS. Most orders go out as a USPS First Class Package. Some packages will receive USPS Priority shipping depending on the weight, or if the customer requests and pays for faster shipping.
