What is return and exchange policy ?
Most of products are eligible for return or exchange if in original resell condition, there will be 10% restocking fee applied. Returns must be sent back within 7 days after receiving package.
Cut chains and earrings are not accepted for return. We recommend purchasing small quantities to test before order in bulk, especially chains.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. In addition, all orders that received free shipping will incur the original shipping fee paid by seller or $5.00 fee, whichever greater to cover lost expenses.
