We try to ship within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday-Friday). During the holidays or extra busy times it may take a bit longer. If you want it fast, please pay for priority or expedited shipping and then direct message me that you have purchased it. We don't see the order til the estimated ship date so I will not get a message that you want it in a hurry unless you contact us directly about it.
Check to make sure the autofill has completed the total address. We cannot ship to partial addresses.
Some international addresses we require insurance for us to ship. If so, we contact you to let you know the additional fees.

Please contact me right away. We stand by our jewelry and will make it right. It is handmade and errors can happen (though not often!). But let us know right away. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason you can return it and get a refund for the merchandise. We must be contacted within 7 days and returned within 14 days and it must be packaged securely.

Delivery is approximately 3-5 business days (longer during holidays) within the US but there is no guarantee by USPS. Once the package is picked up by USPS, it is its responsibility to get it to you. We are not responsible for loss or theft or wrongful delivery of packages by USPS. Once it is marked as delivered by USPS, it is your responsibility to contact USPS. We do not reship or refund packages after they have been listed by tracking that it was delivered.
If you would like insurance, you can upgrade your package to priority shipping which has $100 of insurance. Choose Add insurance or Signature at checkout to your order.
Be sure your address is correct on your order and autofill is complete.

We have a few types of jewelry - our basic charm crystal jewelry is zinc alloy, our sterling is 925 sterling silver- both can tarnish, but with some general jewelry care, your jewelry can continue to look awesome. Sterling silver can oxidize or look darker. Skin chemistry, climate and humidity, lotions and perfumes, and moisture (sweat, swimming, showering, sleeping) will affect both.
Wipe off your jewelry with a soft cloth, or for the sterling a polishing cloth we provide after wear. Our stainless steel chains won't tarnish.
Store in a plastic baggy we provide or something to keep the air out.

Our crystals are natural stone except opalite and sandstones which are man made from glass and black is glass. Blue howlite is dyed. Lapis is sometimes enhanced. Amazonite varies from pale green or blue to gold or even some brown.
Each gemstone is unique. When you order you are ordering a gemstone, not a color. Many have a variety of shades. If you are looking for a special shade, write your request in your order when you place it. We will try to accommodate.
