Announcement   My designs have been published 4 times by Bead and Button - B&B. "Serape" was published in the August 2014 issue of B&B magazine and Bead&Button hardback book, Creative Beading Vol. 10; The Best Projects From a Year of B&B from October 2013 to August 2014. "Kitties Tessellation" has also been published twice. First in the June 2014 B&B Extra online version and June 1, 2015 - Page 12 of the "2015 Collector's Edition" which features a collection of 25 bracelets chosen from all the B&B 2014 issues.

I hope you find my designs interesting and stimulating, as I love to dabble in geometric, abstract, tessellations and repeat patterns. I have hundreds of patterns at artfire.com - search under designer - Beadholden Designs aka Lesha McPhearson. You will have conversational pieces of art when you wear my designs. I don't use any dyed or galvanized beads in the designs because they fade and the color rubs off with time. I also don't use satin beads because they break easily as they are thinner than other delicas and they also tend to cut thread. I want your beaded art to last forever.

I also have another etsy store, Beadholden Patterns, which features clothing and craft patterns. Please bookmark both my stores and check back often to see new items, as I have hundreds of patterns I will be listing in the future at both.

Thank You for visiting my Beadholden Designs Store and come back soon!

About

You will have conversational pieces of art when you wear my designs.

My designs have been published 4 times by Bead and Button - B&B.

I hope you find my designs interesting and stimulating, as I love to dabble in geometric, abstract, repeating, tiled and tessellated patterns. I started designing because I got tired of redesigning 6 to 7 inch bracelet patterns, making them longer and sometimes twice as wide as the original pattern. My patterns are generally between 7 to 8 inches long and 1.5 to 2.25 inches wide. Of course you can make my patterns shorter, thinner, longer or wider because they are usually repeat patterns or use size 15s to create a smaller bracelet with a much more intricate design.

My patterns can be used to make: cuff bracelets, ear rings, pendants, sun catchers, panels, hatbands, headbands, bookmarks, chokers, credit card holders, business card cases, checkbook covers, lighter case holders, tea candle covers, amulets, beaded bags, cosmetic bags, wall hangings, appliqués, belts, guitar straps, beaded straps, eyeglass cases, pouches, coasters, place mats, change purses, key chains, fan pulls, bell pulls, napkin rings, dog collars, horse gear, doll house rugs, etc.

Shop policies

Last updated on May 22, 2016
Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my shop policies and shipping information. Most concerns and questions are covered below and will help make transactions less troublesome for all. My Policy Page may be lengthy, but it can save a lot of time corresponding back and forth. Please don't hesitate to convo me before buying, if anything is unclear or not covered under my policies or listings, as everyone has differing criteria as to what is important to them. I check my messages daily and I will reply to you right away with any questions you have.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT BEADWOVEN JEWELRY:
Every piece of beadwoven jewelry is made with care so that it will last. I have used the very best materials available and have described each piece as accurately as possible; listing the dimensions and all the materials used for each piece. However, since all beadwoven pieces are delicate, I recommend that your beadwoven jewelry not be exposed to water (salt or fresh), excessive perspiration and chemicals such as chlorine, sulfer or detergent to ensure many years of enjoyment.

FEEDBACK:
Please contact me if you are not satisfied with your order. If you are considering leaving negative or neutral feedback, contact me first so that I know what the problem is and can hopefully resolve the problem. Please leave feedback and I will do the same for you.

Additional policies and FAQs
Don't let the licensing agreement described below discourage you from making and selling anything based on my designs. What I have done with beaders who wish to sell items made from my designs is a simple agreement whereby they:
1. Send me usable photos of the finished product so that I can then use the photos to show prospective buyers that the pattern works up well;
2. Supply me a list of the bead colors/sizes & manufacture's name that were used to bead the piece if the original colors were changed;
3. Give me credit wherever they list the product and to post a link back to me when possible.

When I use your pic/s, I will give you credit for the beading and link back to you when possible. Right now I have several beaders/sellers who do this. They sell the bracelets or other items in many places, including etsy and artfire, etc. They also do special consignment orders based on my designs as requested. Once you email me good, usable pics of a beaded piece, I will let you have a replacement pattern, of your choice, free and you will never have to buy my patterns again - you get one free pattern for each pattern you send good, usable pictures. Let me know what you think and I look forward to hearing from you.

WHEN PURCHASING A PATTERN, YOU AGREE UNDER COPYRIGHT LAWS THAT:
1. You will not copy or share any part of this pattern with anyone; including not using patterns for teaching purposes.
2. You will not mass produce this pattern and will only use the pattern for your personal, non-commercial use; you will not create something from this pattern to sell to anyone which includes: friends, charity events, craft fairs, on-line auctions,
websites, etc., unless you contact me to arrange for a separate licensing agreement.
3. You will not display any finished items made from this pattern in magazines, on websites, on-line auctions, etc., unless you contact me to arrange for a separate
licensing agreement.

Thank you for abiding by the copyright laws and respecting me as an artist.
Thank You for visiting my Beadholden Designs Store & Happy Shopping.

*May you bead as long as you want,
And never want as long as you bead.*

CUSTOM ORDERS AND CONSIGNMENTS:
I am happy to do consignment and special custom orders. I also have hundreds of patterns at mybeadpatterns and hope you will check it out. If you see a design you like, want something from my SOLD list, need different colors or size than what is shown, please let me know. I will work with you. The cost of a special custom beaded bracelet is $5.00 per square inch. For special orders see "HOW TO SIZE YOUR BRACELET" below. Leave the size bracelet you want (NOT your wrist size) in a message to me. I will generally have a custom order ready for shipment within 5 days, unless I need special materials or bead colors.

********************** HOW TO SIZE YOUR BRACELET **********************
Measure your wrist at the widest part of the wrist bone with a soft flexible measuring tape. The tape should be snugly wrapped around the bone but not too tight. Then add 1/2 inch to this wrist measurement for a snug fit or add 1 inch for a looser, more comfortable fit. My wrist is 7.5 inches and I wear a 8.5 inch bracelet because I like bracelets on the loose side. Below is a chart showing the five wrist sizes for women: petite, small, medium, large or extra large. This is approximate sizing and does not guarantee a perfect fit.

IF THE ADULT WRIST SIZE IS:
Petite or 6.5", then order 7.0" for snug fit & 7.5" for loose fit
Small or 7.0", then order 7.5" for snug fit & 8.0" for loose fit
Medium or 7.5", then order 8.0" for snug fit & 8.5" for loose fit
Large or 8.0", then order 8.5" for snug fit & 9.0" for loose fit
XLarge or 8.5", then order 9.0" for snug fit & 9.5" for loose fit

FYI: The length of a bracelet includes the clasp.
