Hello, you are visiting a mom-owned small business. I did everything by myself. Of course, family is a source of my driving force. I am happy to tell you a little more about me and this store.
We have two kids including a super lovely boy, but his autistic, non-verbal makes us a little different from other families. I stopped my job at the beginning of the pandemic, but how can we continue supporting his endless therapy? With the idea of giving it a try, I started this store on Etsy. So when you place an order at my store, it is not only an order between seller and buyer. It is a trust in me, and more importantly, it helps my son's therapy bills. With this therapy (PT, OT, ST, and ABA) he can learn how to start speaking, play independently, and enjoy his different, but equally wonderful life. You are not a buyer, you are a helper!
You are so important to me so I strive to make you happy. Each night when my son slept, I try my best to source the highest quality products. When the package arrived, I carefully QC them. If passed, I took pictures on my small desk using my phone, and post the listing. When you message me, I am so happy to answer your questions. When you order, I could not wait longer to pack it and rush to the local USPS. As you know, the store presented to you here is not perfect, it is not from a professional selling group, it is from a mom like some of you, similar to the majority of other home moms in the US.
But my goal is to make the store perfect and set it as my life-long career! My vision for this store is to only provide the merchandise I tested and trusted. This means lots of items behind your screen are directly thrown into my trash can. I also hope when my son gives me more time, I can test more products you might be interested in, as I know tons of existing customers already trust me for a long time.

Processing time
Most orders will be shipped within 2 days from Dallas, USA (Mon-Fri). We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them.
Shipping speed:
The standard shipping method is USPS First-Class Package, which is usually 2-7 days within the US. If you need your items sooner, use the USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express option at checkout. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

How to make sure my address is accurate?
Buyers are responsible for verifying your receiving address. Please try to use the USPS verified address. We will ship to the exact address listed. If the package is returned to the sender or lost due to an invalid or wrong address, the buyer will be responsible for it.
Can I change my address to another one?
Yes, you MUST contact us as soon as possible before we print your order, we will change it. But if we have already pulled/shipped your order, there will be no changes available. Be sure to update your Etsy account to avoid future problems.
If you're too late, your package will be shipped as ordered. You can contact the old addressee or use the USPS website to request additional action.
Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel it before printing/shipping your order. If it is already handed to the shipping carrier, we aren't able to cancel your order.
Why my order was canceled?
Due to the fast-moving sales, some item availability is not shown exactly as on the website. We will contact you and refund the balance.
In some other cases, we reserve the right to refuse service and decline any transaction.
Can I combine my order?
We can't combine your orders after you check out. Multiple orders will be charged multiple shipping fees and will be shipped separately. Be sure to place all items in one order.

Why no movement on track?
Etsy sends a tracking number with every shipment directly to your email that's listed on your Etsy invoice. After the tracking number is generated, we will hand your package to USPS. Please check this link first. The tracking information from USPS is usually accurate, but there may be a delay due to unprecedented volume increases.
My package says delivered but it's not in my mailbox. What can I do now?
First, ask everyone in your household. If not, check your front door, neighbors, apartment offices. Then contact your area mailman and post office, submit a searching ticket (online or at the post office) if necessary. We can provide a copy of the shipping label we used and a record of the order.
What if I did not satisfy with the item, or it is not what I expected?
Please make sure to read the item description below the merchandise, read the size, shape, and all information in the photo. We try to provide details as much as possible, all the key feathers are listed. Please make sure it fits your need. Due to the different display performance between phones and computers, the color might be slightly different, we could not guarantee the color is exactly the same when you see the item by eyes. Please be advised any color issue will not be a reason for return.
Can I ship the item back without contacting the seller?
Sorry, the buyers have to contact us within 3 days of delivery to get the approval. We will not accept any return without contacting us.

1. We will accept returns if the item is delivered in damaged condition, or the wrong item was sent. Please send photos together with your request. We will reship it.
2. We will accept returns and the buyer will be responsible for the return cost for reasons like inaccurate website description or color fade before use.
Please return whole, unopened, unused packages within 3 days of delivery. We cannot accept partially used products or partial bags returned. For example, if you order 20 smiley face beads, you must return all 20 beads. We cannot accept less than a complete package. Please keep the original packaging undamaged.
Return Policy Part 2:
We will NOT accept returns for
1. Any size issue, the measurement of weight and dimensions are approximate, not exact.
2. Any color issue due to the different displays on your screen.
3. The items have been used or worn.
4. Any reason unrelated to the item quality like I do not need/like it, or it does not fit my project.
Can I get a refund for an approved return?
If your return request is approved, please send it back within 7 days. After receiving your return, we will evaluate the item if it is in the original condition.
If yes, we will charge 20% of the item price ($2 minimum) to restore packing and shipping costs.
If not, and it affects re-sell, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The shipping cost is not refundable.

• Keep your beads dry, remove them before you swim in chlorine or saltwater.
• Remove it before participating in activities with a lot of sweat.
• Put on after applying lotion, makeup, or perfume.
• Remove it if you will be bringing it into contact with something hard, it may be scratched or worn
• Keep it from chemicals like perfume, sprays, oil, nail polish, nail polish remover, and chlorine, those chemicals may react with coating materials.
Can my child use the products from your store?
None of our products are intended to be used for children.

You are responsible for your safety, handle your beads or chains carefully, with the correct personal protective equipment all the time.

Gold plated jewelry is a great invention. Unfortunately, gold plating isn’t invincible. Thin things are more vulnerable to damage than thick gold-filled ones. Thus, your thin gold plating can become scratched or worn. Gold plating can also tarnish easily if it is subjected to any material that isn’t pH neutral.
• Remove your jewelry before you swim in chlorine or saltwater.
• Remove your jewelry before participating in activities that will cause you to sweat a lot.
