Custom and personalized orders
Personalized orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
If you receive goods damaged during delivery , we will replace them without charge.
In case of return or exchange you will be responsible for return shipping costs and making sure that the item makes it back in the original condition using the same delivery method that was used to ship your item.
Postage and packaging charges are not refundable unless it's due to an error on my part.
For returned to seller items, it is your responsibility to contact your local Post Office or local Fedex/UPS office once they attempted delivery and were unsuccessful...
However, I will resend (re-shipping cost need to be covered by you) or issue a refund minus shipping.
Sizing details
Our bands fit Apple Watch Series 1, Apple Watch Series 2 & Apple Watch Series 3.
I make each band to fit your wrist size. When measuring for wrist size, do not include your current Apple Watch band just your 'snug fit' wrist measurement will be enough.
Care instructions
Certain metals will tarnish over time & this is normal due to chemical reaction between the metal that we use on your bands and acids on your skin or hand lotions. You can prevent this by applying a clear coating of nail polish to your jewelry and may need to repeat this from time to time.
