unable to offer same day delivery as each instrument is carefully
handcrafted to our quality standards.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you wish to
cancel after this timeframe, you will need to receive the package first and then
return it to us. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we
will process a full refund.
What are the estimated delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. If you need a more precise
estimate for your country, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to provide
details based on your shipping destination.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Before
processing a return, we may ask for a photo of the item to ensure it is unused
and in its original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the

What materials do you use to make your tools?
We take pride in using only the highest-quality materials to ensure our tools
are durable, reliable, and comfortable to use. Each component is carefully
selected to enhance performance and longevity:
Blades – 52100 High-Carbon Steel: This premium-grade steel is known for its
excellent edge retention, toughness, and resistance to wear. Each blade is
heat-treated for optimal hardness and strength, making it ideal for demanding
tasks.
Handles – Ash Wood: We use ash wood for our handles due to its natural
strength, shock resistance, and comfortable grip.
Sheath - Genuine Crazy Horse Leather: Our sheaths are handcrafted from
Crazy Horse leather, a premium leather known for its durability and unique
aging process.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we gladly accept custom orders! If you have a specific design in mind,
you can send us photos, sketches, or detailed specifications (such as
dimensions, materials, and special features) of the tool you want. We will
review your request and let you know if it is possible to create.
Custom orders may require additional time for production, depending on the
complexity of the design.
What if my tracking number is not updated for a long time?
Please contact us and we will check if it is standard procedure, or your
package has faced any shipping issues.
