Please look at the last date Etsy shows and then add a 3 days to that. Etsy does show an estimated date which may not show the actual shipping time and is often wrong. The majority of of items ship within 7 business days and then can take 5 business days to arrive. If you need an item by a certain date we suggest adding an expedited shipping service such as priority or express mail and adding a rush processing upgrade to your order.

USPS has been having delays with their new Ground Advantage (former first class) mail service. While we hope your package will not be affected, we are seeing a higher amount than normal of stuck packages. If it is important to receive a package by a certain date we suggest upgrading to priority mail. We will work with you if your item is delayed but will require a two week period after the last scan to allow USPS time to get through their backlog before issuing a replacement products. Refunds will not be made for delayed packages.

We know how frustrating it is when a package is marked delivered but not in your mail box. This happens very rarely. The first step is to contact your local post office and ask for the gps coordinates of where the package was delivered to verify it was delivered to correct address and file a missing mail report with the post office. If it was delivered to the correct address you will need to file a police report. We are happy to replace items that are marked delivered with a copy of the police report. If the item was not delivered to correct address please provide us with the missing mail report showing it was incorrectly delivered for insurance purposes and we will replace the missing items. Items marked delivered will not be refunded.

A proof is a digital mockup of your product so you can verify you love the color combos and font choices. It can slightly delay your order since they do take up to 2 business days to design and then extra time for the approval process which is why we do not automatically send them and only send them upon request. Please remember due to the personalized nature of our store our items are not refundable or returnable. Not loving a font or color combo does not make an order eligible for a refund, replacement or a discounted remake when a proof is not requested. If you are unsure at all that you will like what you chose please make sure to request a proof and check your etsy messages to make sure you do not miss it when it comes through.
