How are items shipped?
Within the 50 US states: Orders with the "free shipping" option are mailed in white rigid mailers. Orders with "priority" shipping are mailed in the appropriate USPS priority shipping envelopes. Both of these options include tracking.
Puerto Rico: "Free shipping" orders to Puerto Rico are shipped without tracking using regular stamps in manilla envelopes. "Priority shipping" follows the same guidelines as the 50 states.
All other countries: "Free shipping" orders outside the US are shipped without tracking in manilla envelopes using international stamps. "Standard international" shipping is in white rigid mailers, and "Priority international" is in USPS priority envelopes -- both of these options include tracking.
My tracking number does not work on the USPS website. What should I do?
"Free shipping" orders within the 50 US states are shipped using Etsy shipping labels. These are unable to be tracked via the USPS website, but you can view the tracking information by doing one of the following:
1. Checking your order within your Etsy account
2. Visiting https://tracking.pb.com and entering your tracking number here

My order says "Delivered" but I have not received it.
Sometimes, especially with high mail volume surrounding the election and the holidays, Etsy shipping labels will be marked as "delivered" when they arrive in the target city, rather than the actual destination. Please wait 1-2 days for your item to arrive after it is marked as "delivered". If you still don't have your item after 1-2 days, let me know and I will get a new one in the mail ASAP.
I messed up my decal when putting it on, can I get a new one?
Our "worry-free installation" policy works like this:
- For any regular Quest decal (i.e. the ones that go on the headset), we are happy to offer 50% off the purchase of a new one.
- For Oculus Quest controller decals, if they are damaged during installation, we will provide a new set for free.
In either case, please reach out via Etsy message, include a photo of what happened, and we'll get things settled ASAP.
