Would highly recommend and will certainly buy more in future. Had a slight delay with delivery which was not the sellers fault, contacted Sarah who immediately sorted the problem by despatching another one. Excellent customer service which was greatly appreciated.

Dispatch Times
All orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days, MONDAY - FRIDAY during busy periods this may be extended to 10 working days. If you need your order quicker than usual it’s advised in the item description to please send a message to ensure that a quick dispatch is available.
- Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday.
- Standard Delivery- Royal Mail 2nd Class.
- Tracked delivery- Royal Mail 1st Class.
Custom and personalised orders
Our postcards are professionally printed in bulk so unfortunately wording is as advertised.
If you wish to add a message to your order this would need to be included in the 'notes to buyer' section at checkout and this will be printed on the packing slip.
When will I respond to your message?
My working hours are Monday - Friday, all emails will be responded to in 24 hours.
Item is different then what was expected
We encourage each customer to read the product description of each of our listings to ensure they understand what they’re purchasing and by doing so agree to the terms of the sale this includes sizes and hand stamped details.
Our policy when items aren’t quite right is to firstly send us a message outlining the issue. We will look into the issue raised and ask for the item to be returned for investigation to help us to understand what wasn’t quite right on this occasion and to ensure that all of our items meet our high standards.
