All sales are final. However, if by some chance your wreath is damaged in shipping, please contact me within 5 days of receipt and send pictures of the damage. I will contact the carrier for an insurance claim. Keep the wreath and the box it came in until the claim has been processed by the carrier.

If we have discussed a return or exchange for extraneous reasons, the item must be returned in original condition (besides any damage done by shipping) and include all the materials and parts that were sent originally.

For items with "free shipping" a restocking charge will be assessed based on the value of the item.

Custom orders must be paid for up front before I can work on your order. Once the wreath is completed I will send you a picture for any final changes before the wreath is mailed out. Custom orders are usually completed in 1-2 weeks. If you require a custom wreath in less than 7 days, I may charge an additional $20 expedite fee in order to rearrange my schedule and production to get you your wreath on time.

All orders are shipped UPS, USPS, or Fedex (whichever is cheapest). If purchasing two or more wreaths, I am unable to combine shipping costs because each wreath is sent in it's own box to prevent damage.
Shipping charges are for Shipping AND Handling - it includes the price of the box and any packing material plus the cost to ship to you. Please send me a message if you would like to upgrade your shipping and I can invoice you separately.
Items are only shipped to the address provided at checkout for your protection and to prevent fraud.

Please double check your information before purchasing. If an item is returned to me because of an incorrect address you must pay to have the item shipped again to you.

BeautifulMesh is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.

If you require shipping to Hawaii or Alaska please contact me BEFORE purchasing as shipping costs will likely be higher than what shows on the listing. Please provide your zip code and I will get you an accurate shipping quote.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country’s laws

Most of my wreaths are suitable to be displayed outside, however they should be on a porch with some kind of overhang so they are out of the weather. Direct sun exposure may fade the colors or melt the hot glue (if present) over time. If you have questions about the care of your wreath or how it can be displayed please send me a message. Many of my wreaths will not fit between an exterior door and a storm door so plan accordingly.
