I messaged the seller to ask if I could receive it before the 31st of August, not realising they were based in Canada. I recieved it well within time, the customer service was amazing. Q: Do you offer combined shipping for multiple prints?
We ship multiple orders in one package if they are going to the same address, therefore the shipping charge will be one flat rate.
Q: Does the print come framed with purchase?
The prints DO NOT come framed as this is safer for shipping and enables you to choose a frame that suits your individual style and decor. But it will easily fit any standard frame with an 5x7, 8x10 or 11x14 matte, so you can purchase a frame at any major retailer.
Q: Can I get the prints as digital files?
No, sorry…in order to focus on quality prints we do not offer digital files.
Q: What type of packaging do you use?
Our prints are packaged in a plastic protective sleeve, rolled and inserted into a delivery tube.
