Very good quality, the engraving are done very well, and its polished very nicely. I'm very happy with it, I got it as a way for me to always carry around my little baby that I never got to carry in my arms. Such a beautiful way to memorialize a bittersweet time of my life :'))

EXCHANGES
The first size exchange is free (within the US ONLY). We charge shipping fee plus 10% restocking fee for the second exchange and on (within US ONLY). Exchanges to other countries, we charge for a shipping fee only for the first exchange, for the second exchange and on we charge shipping fee plus 10% restocking fee. Custom or personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged.
RETURNS
There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns for refund. If the returned item for exchange was found to be used, laser engraved, scratched, damaged or, in any circumstances, not in its original condition, a 40% restocking fee will apply. Original shipping fees and shipping fees for exchanges are not refundable. Customized, custom sized and personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged.

Priority Mail option is available at check out. We also offer an upgrade option to FedEx Shipping. Please contact us for more information about FedEx shipping fees.
CAN'T FIND YOUR SIZE?
All silver rings can be custom sized. Just contact us and we can custom size it just for you. We can do quarter and half sizes. We can also make smaller or larger sizes other than what we currently offer in our listings. (Additional fee may apply to sizes 12 or larger). Please note: Custom sized and personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged.
