BebuzCustom started because we kept looking for gifts that felt genuinely thoughtful rather than just bought. Something with a person's name on it, an inside joke on a mug, a shirt that references exactly who someone is. We couldn't always find it. So we learned how to make it ourselves.
Five years and 7,000 orders later, BebuzCustom is a UK-based custom print studio producing personalised clothing, gifts and accessories for customers across the country.
How we print
We use two professional printing technologies in-house at our studio in East Sussex.
DTF (Direct to Film) is our primary method for garments — it produces full-colour prints with no minimum order, sharp text and fine detail that holds up through the wash, and colours that don't crack or fade. We print on cotton, polyester and blended fabrics — T-shirts, aprons, tote bags, hoodies, pyjama sets, and more.
Sublimation printing is how we produce our mugs, keychains and hard-surface products. The ink bonds permanently with the material at a molecular level, giving a vivid, dye-infused finish that won't peel, chip or scratch. Both methods are done entirely in-house — the same day, by us.
