Becca Creative came to be when I realized that it was time to create more pieces and extend my viewing audience past close friends and family.

My shop started while my now-husband went away to "play army" as I call for 7 months. I had a lot of spare time which led to many project. My friends and family suggested I start selling some of my work and here we are!

Hello! Welcome to Becca Creative Artistry’s Etsy Shop! I’ve been dabbling with various arts and crafts like making custom hats... mostly for the kiddos but that doesn't exclude adults, furniture building and graphic arts.

Some of the hats are available immediately to ship however most will require some customization of color and/or size. The furniture for sale is all customer built. And the printables available, you see what you get, immediately!

Returns and exchanges
Please contact me if you are not 100% satisfied within 10 days of receiving your item. I’d like to correct any situation quickly. I will consider cancellations and refunds on a case by case basis (shipping fees will not be refunded) but only after conversing with me on the issues and once I’ve received the item back in its original condition with original packaging included. Return shipping will be at the Buyers expense.

Please return as packaged and in unused condition for a full refund via PayPal, minus shipping costs. Any returned item that shows obvious signs of wear will not result in a refund. Custom orders will be refunded after conversing with me.

If your item has not arrived 2 weeks, please let me know. All packages include my return address so hopefully it’s simply returned to me.

It is the Buyers responsibility to provide a correct address. I will try my best to help you track down your purchase if an incorrect address was provided however I cannot be held responsible for the missing item(s). Please double and triple check your address.
I take all major credit cards through Paypal. If for some reason you wish to pay some other way, please contact me and we can certainly work something out!
Please keep your Etsy and PayPal address information up to date. If your order has two different addresses, I will use the address provided by Etsy. If there are any issues during checkout or special instructions with your address please let me know.

PLEASE NOTE: Your order is not confirmed until payment is complete. Please contact me if there is an issue or you need to delay your payment. I’d be happy to hold the item aside for short time period until you can make your payment.
Currently the wait time is about 2 weeks for the hats. Furniture is custom built so orders may take up to 3 weeks + shipping time.

I will send an email once your package has been shipped. I do not normally buy insurance or tracking when shipping. If you are interested in either of these options, please let me know at time of purchase. A tracking number (if available from the carrier) will be provided. Please let me know if you require any special upgrades (faster shipping, confirmation, etc)

I ship to the address listed in PayPal, please make sure it is all correct before you purchase (including a phone number). I am not responsible for anything that is shipped to the wrong address. If you need your order shipped to a different address, please contact me and I will make the necessary changes.

Shipping charge is not negotiable. You may need to sign for your package. If you are not available to sign you will need to call your shipping service and arrange for them to deliver at a time that works for you.

Although most packages should be delivered on time and in good condition there is a chance that there could be delayed or damages. If you have a delay with delivery please contact the carrier. If your item is damaged do not discard the original package. Please contact me so we can discuss the issue with the carrier.
