Great service, very good communication

This headboard was a custom order and made to my exact height specification and I am absolutely delighted - the headboard is of excellent quality, heavy and it is very well made, arrived well packaged and the delivery guys were friendly and on time. Really thrilled to bits.

Heavy and just like photo for bargain price

The headboard was just what I had been looking for. It is well made and good quality and finish. The seller's communication was a bit over zealous and I don't like being pushed for feedback, especially as the item had only arrived an hour or so before so I hadn't had chance to unpack it. The delivery company didn't seem to know what they were doing. They arrived 5 hours after the end of the time slot I was given, having sent numerous emails confirming the time slot. When I rang to see if it was going to be delivered I was told any when up to 10pm. After it had arrived I got an email saying they couldn't deliver it that day and would rearrange, then I had 4 more emails confirming the original time slot and date. The delivery driver was lovely, and helpful.

Nice bed, only had it for a few weeks but everything is great. Easy to set up and they send you instructions.
