Sizing details

Please measure your child’s foot to get the most accurate size. Have them stand on a piece of paper and make marks at the heel and longest toe. Measure in between those marks. I recommend going larger if they’re in between sizes. Since the size chart is readily available, I am not responsible for shoes that do not fit.

Where’s my order?

Once your order is mailed, the shipping time is out of my control. Packages shipped to US addresses are usually delivered within 3-5 business days, but sometimes they take longer. If you feel your package is lost please contact USPS with your tracking number. If it says delivered and you do not have it, please check with neighbors and/or file a claim with USPS. Please contact me if you’d like a replacement at a discounted price.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Your order will arrive packaged nicely ready to give as a gift. Checking the “gift” box when ordering will prevent me from adding prices to tags/packing slips.
