SHIPPING POLICY/ORDER CANCELLATIONS

>>I allow 1 hour from time of purchase, to cancel for a full refund. This does NOT include special ordered items.

>> Once a package leaves our hands and is with the post office, if the package is lost and/or damaged, please notify us in a timely manner and we will file a claim. PLEASE NOTE, the USPS tracking system falls short of being accurate more so than not, unfortunately. Once your order shows “In-Transit” on the site, it is out of our hands and the responsibility of the post office.

>> When placing your order, please DOUBLE CHECK that your ADDRESS is CORRECT, and is confirmed by the post office. If your shipping address is unconfirmed, we reserve the right to cancel an order.

>>Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship. If a large order (6 and above), please allow an extra 1-5 days. I try my very best to get every order made, and out the door within this timeframe, but for any reason this isn’t possible, I will contact you. Remember….my items are all hand made, not a store shelf item, so processing times can vary.
