5 out of 5 starsOriginally Julie included this lip balm as a free sample when I ordered a lotion bar. Well, now I am addicted to this lip balm. It is very moisturizing for my chronically dry lips. The cardboard tube works very easily to dispense the lipstick and is environmentally friendly. It is larger than commercial tubes of lip balm so it lasts a long time. Not only do I use it on my lips but I also use it to dab dry areas on my face and even to tame my eyebrows before applying eyebrow powder. This is a wonderful product.

4 out of 5 starsCreamy and moisturizing! I'm pleased in that aspect, unfortunately I don't smell any coffee. I get the rich, sweetness of the cocoa butter. I love cocoa butter so it's still a win. Just a little disappointed.

Care instructions
Both the Lotion Bars and Lip Balms are fairly resistant to change with heat. However, they do get softer in extreme heat. Just put them in the fridge and they will firm right up, if that is how you prefer them.
If your bar seems too firm, warm it in your hands for a moment before using then allow the lotion to melt into your skin.
Don't care for a scent you ordered?
What if you receive your order and the scent just isn't right for you? Its so hard to order scents online, as every person has different preferences! Please let me know right away, as I want you to be happy with your order. Thanks so much, Julie
What if there is a delivery issue?
I will send your order within the time frame listed. All orders are sent USPS, and once I have given USPS your package the responsibility for safe arrival is on the Postal Service. You are provided tracking, and as a shop owner I can also track delivery. Please plan for extra delivery time, especially during holidays, and contact the USPS with any delivery issues.
Ordering for Christmas
With shipping delays expected, plan to order early for gift giving. I suggest placing your order by December 13 so that I can have it in the post by Dec 15. You may also consider having your gift sent directly to your loved one. Just be sure to enter the correct name and address when you order. And thank you for allowing me to help you share your love!
How do I send a package to a different address than the purchaser's address?
Each order will be sent to the address given through Etsy's ordering process. If you are sending a gift to a different address you must enter it when you order (not as a message) according to Etsy's policy. Multiple addresses must be ordered separately. Enter the address for shipping when you check out if it is different that the purchaser's address. Message me before you order with questions, please.
I don't see a receipt in my package, where can I find one?
To reduce waste I don't typically include a paper receipt. You may always request one, and I will print and include a receipt. You may also find one through your orders on Etsy. Thank you for supporting this way to save resources!
What are your shop hours?
I process orders Monday- Friday 8am - 6pm, Pacific Time. I do take off Thanksgiving and Christmas Days.
May I request a different scent in a gift set?
Please let me know if you would like a different scent than what is offered in the listing. Most often I will be able to accomodate your wishes and would love to do so!
If my order arrives damaged what should I do?
It is a rare occurance, but in the case of a damaged packaged you should save ALL packaging and take photos. The postal service (USPS) has a reporting process online that you will use to file a claim with this information. I am happy to offer assistance, however the buyer (you) is required to complete the information.
