I’m a new grandma and this was perfect

The lettering is very cute, but it did not come with any instruction and was difficult to figure out. My first try is ruined. I wish it came with instructions so here is what I did below. I had to help pull off the lettering with my fingers which is dangerous and can ruin it, but it would not work otherwise. Do not put water in your iron. Lay your wording down. Get nparchment paper and lay it on top of the wording to protect it. Place the iron on medium/ high heat or on cotton and firmly apply pressure for 60 seconds. Lift the shirt and put your arm in between it and gently peel away the sheet. I had to help pull the lettering off GENTLY with my hand that was in the shirt. I have attached picture of how I help pull off the letters
