International orders - Please be aware, USA normally takes 2-3 weeks for shipping. Free Shipping isn't tracked..
- Tracking is a choice at the checkout. In the UK it costs much more than standard, so I give it as a choice.
Item can only be considered lost 8 weeks since the shipping date according to Royal Mail.
Please contact me about missing parcel only once 8 weeks have passed since the shipping date. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do to speed up post work and I can't give any other info that is given here already.

How did this idea came alive?
Every Christmas and Valentines I was having a lot of headache of what gifts to give to my loved ones. So I stumbled across hand stamping idea. I purchased all the tools necessary and started stamping away. Personal and funny quotes, congratulations messages. The more I was stamping the more I fall in love with the process and the product. That's when Bees Hand Stamped Gifts shop was born.

All orders are Shipped with Royal Mail
UK- 1-2 working days ( 1st class)
"UK tracked and next day from shipping time" ( This does not include the "processing time ". the current processing time must be included in how fast item will reach you..)
Europe - 3-5 working days
USA and OutSide EU countries - 5-7 working days according to Royal Mail information ( but please allow up to 3 weeks. time to time it delays).
(day count is from the date when we ship your purchase, that day not included)
USA tracked - 5-7 working days - tends to ship a bit faster than 'standard shipping"
Item is considered lost only after 6 weeks since shipping day. I can't tell any other info about shipping than the one stated in this policy. If customer hasn't purchased tracking with the order, item can't be tracked. Shipping notification email dates are accurate. I can only help when 6 weeks have passed. That is when item is considered lost in mail.

Regarding customised items - Most of the keychains in shop have the option to "customise it" or "sides". All items already can be customised in the listing. All you need to do is purchase the item and leave "note for seller" with whatever you want me to stamp. If you have very specific wishes ( heart stamp? hand stamp? square blank? ) , just write me message before purchasing and I will reply very fast and will do my very best to help you!

Custom and personalised orders
Most of the listings have an option to choose from for customising. No need to request custom listing , you just need to pick "1 side" or "both sides" and leave "note for the seller" when you purchase . Remember - up to 30 characters including spaces can fit on my standard disc one side . ( if the listing doesn't have option to choose from, look for "custom listing" on the main page of the shop.)
