In 2016, I was burned out in a corporate job and craving work that felt more meaningful. One afternoon at a local farmer’s market, I wandered past a table of glowing beeswax candles—the warm light and natural honey scent stopped me in my tracks. After talking with the vendor and learning about beeswax and pollinators, I knew I wanted to create something of my own.

That day became the spark for Bees Light Candles—a small family business focused on handcrafting cleaner, more beautiful candles from high-quality beeswax sourced from trusted apiaries. Each piece is poured in small batches, with attention to detail, cozy atmosphere, and simple, nature-inspired design.

In 2024, I refreshed the brand to grow beyond candles into a broader line of nature-inspired home décor and honey-related goods, and upgraded to more eco-friendly packaging for our shipments. The goal is the same: create pieces that make home feel warm, calm, and inviting.
