All of the artisan soaps are handmade with a combination of hard and soft oils and are made via cold process. Each soap cures from 4 - 6 weeks before they are labeled & heat sealed. The frosting you see on my soaps is also made of cp soap and is piped by hand. The embeds are typically made of mp soap (goats milk is used most often) or using piping of cp soap. Some embeds are hand painted.

No two bars will ever be exactly the same. I use several loaf molds to create these soaps and cut each bar by hand. This means some bars may be slightly larger/smaller than the other.

Artisan soaps last the longest when they are kept in a dry place.

Bath Bombs are made with Baking Soda, Citric Acid, SLSA, Kaolin Clay, Olive Oil, Polysorbate 80, Fragrance Oil, Vegan Mica & Skin Safe Bio Glitter. Some bath bombs include color surprise embeds made with lake dyes.

CAUTION : Use only as directed. Excessive use or prolonged exposure may cause irritation to skin and urinary tract. Discontinue use if rash, redness, or itching occur. Consult your physician if irritation persists.

Whipped Body Scrubs are made with Glycerin, Water, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Sorbitol, Propylene Glycol, Disodium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate, Stearic Acid, Sodium Chloride, Diazolidinyl Urea (and) Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Sugar Vitamin E and Fragrance Oil.

Basic Body Scrubs are made with Sugar, Coconut Oil, Glycerin, Fragrance Oil & Vegan Mica.

As with all items that contain oil, please use caution when exiting your tub/shower to avoid slipping. Rinse your tub/shower after every use. These items are made for adult use only.

Our Bubble Body Wash can be used as bubble bath, shower gel or hand soap. It produces many slippery, creamy bubbles and it contains cocamidopropyl betaine which is thought to have antiseptic properties. It's best to keep stored at room temperature and should be used within 1 year of purchase date.

Our lip balms come in mini pots. They are made with 100% Natural Soy Wax, Organic Coconut Oil and Essential or Flavor Oils (if scented). They have a nice slick, creamy texture but warm weather can melt them down a bit and cold weather can harden them a bit. They do best when stored in a cool temperature. If your balm has melted you can pop it in your refrigerator to cool it down and bring it back to solid form. I use this same balm for my dry patches of skin (elbows, knees, etc.). It works wonders.

Candles are made with 100% Natural Clean Burning Soy Wax & Fragrance or Essential Oils.

For best results, burn until wax melts evenly across container, not exceeding 4 hrs. Keep wax pool free of debris.Keep wick centered & trim to 1/4" each time candle is lit. Stop burning when 1/2" of wax remains. Burn on heat safe surface.

CAUTION: Do NOT burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Keep out of reach of children & pets. Keep candle away from drafts & vibrations while burning.

NEVER leave a burning candle unattended. DO NOT burn candles overnight. Container may become hot - Handle with Care.

Every order leaving the shop is handled with care and packaged to avoid any damages during delivery. All delivery is done via USPS (unless you're a local shopper utilizing a pick up or drop off option).

Some of our items can be sent via first class mail to help keep costs low. If weight requires a service other than first class mail it will be sent via priority mail. Tracking numbers are always provided. In stock items typically get picked up by USPS the following business day. Our business days do not include Sunday or Holidays.

If your package is lost in transit you will be given a refund or replacement order once a USPS claim has been completed.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged during delivery however, we will work with you to submit a claim. It is very important that you take images of all items and include a clear view of the shipping label. You must submit these images and a description of any damages within 24 hours of delivery.

A claim cannot be submitted on items that are tampered with so please do not remove any items from their heat sealed packaging. Do not remove the "Sealed for Your Protection" labels from any items. Doing so will void your claim. You may be required to return damaged items. You are responsible for any return fees.
