What about shipping? How long does that take?
Good question!
Orders may be shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority or USPS First Class based on our discretion. Generally speaking, ground delivery usually takes around 3-5 business days to reach your doorstep once the package has left our facility.
SHIPPING RATES SHOWN ARE VALID FOR THE 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are subject to higher shipping rates. Please do contact us first for a shipping quote prior to placing an order if delivery will be outside the 48 continental United States.
I need my order ... ASAP! What are my options?
If your event date is nearing, please contact us before placing an order. It may be necessary to place an in-plant rush on your order for an additional fee and/or upgrading the shipping method to Air. If you do not notify us before placing an order of your nearing event date, we will process it under normal production timelines.
We will not be held liable for orders arriving after your event date if you do not provide advance notice.
No worries though - we can usually handle rush orders. Just ask us! {Rush fees do apply.}
How do I enter my personalization info {like names, date, colors, etc.}?
Make sure you take a peek at the product's description. We list all the important {and good stuff!} right in there. Once you review the description, be sure to note the personalization details in the personalization box provided above the Add to Cart/Bag button. Easy peasy!
{If your personalization details are not provided with your order at time of placement, production delays may occur. If a color option is not provided during order placement, we will process your order with the design/text color as shown in the original product photo or a color that we deem best for the design.}

Can I return or exchange an item I've purchased?
ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. {And we're sure you'll love your cute stuff anyways!}
As all orders are custom made at time of order placement just for you, we regret an order may not be returned. Please be sure to choose the correct color, size, etc. as necessary to ensure you receive something just perfect for you. And be sure to double check your personalization for accuracy too.
