I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
>I offer a two month guarantee on all my products so If an item should break or snap out of no fault of your own (please bear in mind all pieces of jewellery should be treated with a certain amount of care), just send it back and I'll fix it for you or exchange it for something else. You will cover shipping costs to send it back to me and I will cover shipping costs to send it back to you.

>I do not offer a refund if the item was lost or misplaced due to the postal service, that is out of my control but I will however, work with you to resolve the issue and see if we can come up with an option that is suitable for both of us.

>Please be aware of photos, especially those showing the scale of an item and inquire about materials, sizes and colors before purchasing. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email me immediately and let's try to fix it together. Customers total satisfaction is always my goal !!!

>Please message me if there are any problems BEFORE leaving negative or neutral feedback or comments. I want you to be a happy customer and have a good impression of my shop and service. Given the chance, I will do my best to solve any problem and fix any issues immediately.
Payment
>Paypal is my preferred method of payment.

>Payment is expected at time of purchase and items will not ship until payment has cleared. If payment is not received the order will be canceled and the item re-listed.

>For custom orders I require a non-refundable deposit (1/2 the amount of the total sale), to cover supplies and my time, with the remainder to be paid upon completion before the item is shipped.
Shipping
>Items are shipped to the address provided to me by PayPal, unless specifically requested otherwise. I am happy to ship directly to a gift recipient.

>All the items will be shipped via Correos España within 1-3 business days once payment has been received.

>Depending on the value of the piece, I use normal or registered mail ( orders 90$ or up)

>All items come in a cute box ready for gift giving, carefully shipped to ensure they arrive unharmed.
