Who are you and what is Be Inspired?
We’re a small group of young Christians (ages 16–18) who care deeply about doing mission work. Because of how AI is changing freelancing, we prayed about it and decided to start Be Inspired—a place where we share digital products that reflect our faith.
Every time someone buys from us, it helps support our mission work and future outreach. We’re still new and learning on Etsy, but we’re excited to offer these collections now—and we’re working toward creating more original content soon.
How will I receive my digital downloads?
After your purchase is confirmed, Etsy will automatically send an email with a link to download your digital files. You can also access your downloads anytime by going to "Your Account" > "Purchases and Reviews." If you have any trouble accessing your files, please feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help!
Can I get a refund on digital items?
Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded. However, if you experience any issues with your purchase (such as problems downloading or opening the files), please contact us — we’ll be happy to assist you and make sure you’re satisfied with your order!
What if the download link doesn't work?
If your download link isn’t working or you’re having trouble accessing your files, don’t worry! Please send us a message through Etsy, and we’ll quickly help you get your digital product. We’re here to make sure you receive everything without any issues.
Tip: For the best experience, we recommend downloading your files or opening the Word (.docx) file on a laptop or desktop computer, as mobile devices can sometimes have issues with file access.
Why did you provide a Word (.docx) file instead of the digital file directly?
Because Etsy limits each digital file to 20 MB, we weren’t able to upload the full product directly. To make it easy for you, we’ve included a Word (.docx) file with a secure, clickable download link inside. Just open the file, click the link, and you’ll be able to access and download everything quickly and safely.

Thank you so much for your kind words! The issue you're experiencing is usually caused by OneDrive or Google Drive temporarily limiting downloads due to high traffic. Unfortunately, this is outside of my control, and the best solution is simply to wait a few days and try again. I’ve experienced the same thing myself when downloading from others—it eventually worked just fine with a little patience. I really appreciate your understanding!
