We are shipping from California and recommend 2 day priority shipping for every order. All plants will be packed with love & care, and they will be shipped without pot. We are not responsible for any USPS delays, damages, stolen, weather related damages or lost packages- if you have any troubles with your order being lost or damaged, you’ll be able to file a claim with USPS. ~ Please understand Beleaf and grow will not be held responsible for damages to plants resulting from shipping or shipping delays. Please Utilize the insurance that comes with priority shipping for these issues.
We have a wide variety of succulents and cacti and each one will be hand picked to ensure you receive our healthiest plants.
If your plant arrives not looking so good, you must message us with photos within 24 hours of delivery. After that we are not responsible for any damage.
If the temperature is below 35F, please add a heat pack for your plants. Beleaf and Grow is not responsible for the damages from the weather

Frequently asked questions
Shipping in winter
It is the responsibility of customers residing in areas subject to freezing weather to purchase a Heat Pack. While heat packs do not guarantee protection from frost, they will help prevent damage from occurring. Make sure to retrieve the packages as soon as they are delivered.
Beleaf and Grow is not responsible for damage done to plants by extreme weather.
Shipping in summer
It is the responsibility of customers residing in areas subject to extreme heat waves to plan the shipments until the weather is safe for shipping. Extremely high temperature can cause the plants to rot and die. Make sure to retrieve the packages as soon as they are delivered. Don't let the packages sit under direct sunlight for more than an hour.
Beleaf and Grow is not responsible for damage done to plants by extreme weather. Order at your own risk.
Returns/Exchanges
We only ship plants that are good quality. That being said, we cannot control what happens to your order during transit. We cannot accept returns on plant orders because the plants cannot survive 2 way shipping.

Order Processing
Shipping will be via United States Postal Service within the United States and its outlying territories ONLY. We do not ship internationally due to agricultural regulations.
We pack our products by hand and take great care to ensure that they arrive at their final destination safely. All plants ship bare root, semi bareroot with out pot and are meticulously wrapped and shipped in a sturdy box.
When opening your package, some soil may be loose in the box. Upon receiving your plants, make sure to gentle remove them from their packaging immediately. Water as needed, making sure to water again only when the soil is completely dry. Succulents are very hardy and will rebound easily with proper care.
