Welcome! My shop is named after my golden retriever Bella, I have a passion for animals and starting in 2024 alI sales will go to saving animals in Rescues in the area.
I love making Scrapbook Mini albums, paper handmade greeting cards, Mini Note cards, ribbon bound boxed card sets, Scripture prayer cards, decorative notebooks and journals, Wedding Invitations and party favor tags and would love to make you a custom order if you have something in mind but don't see it contact me!
I also have some embellishments to help you in your own card making or scrap-booking.
I love to share my passion with you and create something special that you will enjoy. All the items in my shop are handmade and created by me. It is my intention to help you preserve memories and record life events with the albums I create and offer you a unique gift of cards and other special creations.

Hi, welcome to my Bella Boutique 23 store. My name is Sarah Johnson and I live in the State of Oregon. I am a piano teacher and music and art are my two lifelong passions. I love to create handmade items, especially cards and scrapbooks.

Frequently asked questions
Do you do custom orders?
Yes, I love to do custom orders. Please contact me with your request. I have done custom scrapbooks up to a 12 x 12 so scrapbooks can be custom made and larger versions can be done.
Custom orders do require payments up front. I often send pictures throughout the process and always at the end of the custom order. I will never send custom orders until you are completely satisfied with the results. I look forward to making something special for you.
Custom orders are not eligible for a refund and can not be returned.
How long will it take for my item to be delivered?
Most items in the shop are made and ready to ship. They will be sent 1st class mail and will take between 3-7 business days. Priority mailing is available on items and normally takes 2-3 business days. Items will have a tracking and you will be able to view the progress of your package in route to you.
Can you send directly to a recipient?
Yes I am more than happy to write a message in a greeting card and send it directly to a friend or family member's address. I can wrap a scrapbook or other gift and send it directly for you as well.
How can I save on shipping?
There is shipping discount when you place multiple items in your cart.
