3 out of 5 starsAfter not receiving package I emailed seller twice w/ no response until I submitted complaint through Etsy and PayPal. I finally got a email from seller stating she didn't know what happened. If she had just responded to my previous emails I would not have had to file a complaint. She resent the order I received it promptly.

1 out of 5 starsWhen my item finally arrived over a month later it was as described. The process of actually getting it was not worth the hassle. 3 emails and opening a dispute with both etsy and PayPal and never any communication back to me. I will find another seller in the future

1 out of 5 starsAfter placing an order I wrote the shop owner on 3 different occasions trying to receive a ship out date. Although her shop said within 3 days, it took a week to finally get a response that my items would ship out soon. I requested to cancel my order since I was forced to order from another shop since I needed the product. I did receive a refund which I appreciated, however if the shop owner is not able to fulfill orders in a timely matter and write consumers back due to personal issues she should close her shop temporary!!
