Shipping did take awhile (to the USA), however their etsy ad did explain the process, so we were prepared to wait ... and so glad we did. VERY happy with our purchase ~ thank you!!

Shop policies
* I accept etsy payment and paypal payment as well, but please remember that I won't ship your order before receiving money from etsy payment :)
* I send the item up to 7 days after receiving the money (weekends, holidays or #justlife excluded :)) the delivery takes about 3 - 7days in EU and Russia, about 14 - 20 days to USA, 21 - 30 to Australia.
My dear US buyers - after i sent your order I really can do nothing to speed up the shipping time - it takes time, please bare that in mind before placing an order you would like to receive to a special date, like going on vacation, birthday or other holidays :) Place an order at least a month before that, so you will be sure you will receive that on time :)
All packages HAVE TRACKING, althrough my US clients have to be patient, on US territory sometimes it doesn't work, so you have to call your post office and give them your tracking number :) when package leaves my country - I can do nothing more than you, and even less, and tracking is on your post side, not mine, so please call your post office :)
I cannot take a responsibility for packages missed in transit as long as I don't get a refund from my post office. If your package somehow stuck, on your territory, in your local magazine - please monit your post office.
I absolutely won't take a responsibility for STOLEN packages, especially when I have a receipt from your address, and you are trying to tell me that someone else took your package, some mean neighbour or just a thief. It's really beyond my mind power to understand why I need to be responsible for that. It's a case for your local post especially - make a claim, and police if a postman refuses to tell you to who he delivered your package. Again - call your post office from time to time, and check where is your mail actually.
PAYMENT
* I accept payments via PayPal and Etsy Payments as well.
* I can wait for payment, if you want to buy and pay later, or reserve clothes, but you have to pm me about that and about paying time :)
* No returns - sorry. I do my best to make good photos with macro on details, if anything is wrong with any detail on my clothes - it will be surely described. It's a handmade, home sewn work, I am not a proffesional seamstress, but I really do my best to please you with my clothes :)

* About reserving dolls - non refundable payment is required - 50 $ paid as f&f to my pp account. Next payments according to schedule we were both agreed via priv msgs :)
Shipping
If you buy a custom doll - I send her with tracking and insurance, always.
Please be patient, I work long every day and bc of cov-sh*t I try to avoid every-day walks to post office.
No returns, all items are handmade, with care and love BUT not factory perfect. Keep that in your mind. I always write about any flaws on selling items.
CORONA-V UPDATE:
Standard airmail shipping to Australia is unavailable atm because of Australia lockdown. Other countries are mostly available for standard airmail registered shipping for small packages like clothes and with standard price :) some delays may occur - please be PATIENT, I can do nothing with it, so do you, it needs to get out from all procedures, please check tracking and monit your post office if there is something for you - by chance without a notification...
Regular airmail shipping (not DHL) takes about 3 WEEKS for all packages, dolls too.
Shipping clothes works perfectly except Australia :(
