Hello and Welcome!

My love affair with collecting antique & vintage images started many years ago and became Belle Mer Graphics which means "beautiful sea art" in French. I enjoy spending hours pouring through historical texts in search of old forgotten images and digitally restoring and reinterpreting them to create classic, timeless art that will live on for years to come.

I believe beauty is essential to life. Your home is your haven...it's where your life happens and the art you choose should be an expression of your personal style.

2011 - While living in Seattle, Washington and working full time for a software company in sales and marketing I decided to open an Etsy shop as a "creative outlet" from my day job.

Belle Mer Graphics opened as a print shop featuring an eclectic mix of natural history, botanical and my original collage art inspired by the sea. I also opened 2 other print shops on Etsy earlier that year - Belle Botanica and Belle Maison Art.

2012 - As demand for my prints grew I was fortunate to be able to quit my day job and pursue my passion for digital art full time. My art was now being sold through museum gift shops and small retailers throughout the United States and the United Kingdom.

I also partnered with a Licensing Company to reproduce my art on products sold throughout the US and UK in World Market, Kirkland Home, Hobby Lobby, Michael's, Home Goods, TJ Maxx, Dalani Home & Living among others.

2014 - Several of my prints were displayed on the set of the USA Network Television Comedy Series "Playing House."

My husband and I along with our two beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniels Max & Cooper also decided to move to Boise, Idaho after several vacations to the area. We are surrounded by so much natural beauty which provides an abundance of inspiration.

2015 - Belle Mer Graphics art prints are now offered in a wider range of sizes .

2016 - Scott said "good bye" to his career in marketing with a major commercial graphics company to join me full time. He handles our production, the wholesale division and marketing while I continue to create art and handle customer service for our 3 Etsy shops and Websites.

Our Belle Mer Graphics prints were featured in a variety of magazines, blogs and Retailers. In addition, prints from our Belle Maison Art shop were featured in Season 3 of HGTV's Fixer Upper and also on the March cover of Country Living Magazine!

2017 - We added 2 types of Archival Paper to our shops. They have a beautiful matte finish and will be enjoyed for years to come. Our prints are now trimmed to size to make framing a breeze.

We also added a new addition to our "Belle Family"..... with a 3rd little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named "Belle" in honor of the joy the shops have brought to us!

We were honored to be featured on Television, many Blogs and several Magazines - Country Home, Cottage Home, Romantic Homes and French Style.

2018 and Beyond - We'll be adding lots of new inventory to the shops and we look forward to many wonderful years ahead!
