Welcome to BelloCovers! All of our items are made to order meaning we will handcraft them after an order is placed. Our current turnaround time or production time is 4 weeks on most items and bags have a 5-6 weeks turnaround. Please check your receipt for SCHEDULED TO SHIP BY DATE. We will not answer emails with inquiries about when order will be shipped unless you have made previous arrangements to have your order ship before scheduled date. Please understand that handmade takes time :)

•ITEMS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR RETURNS ARE CUSTOMIZED ITEMS SUCH AS PERSONALIZED MONOGRAMMED ITEMS, BIBLE COVERS MADE WITH CUSTOMER'S OWN DIMENSIONS, AND ORGANIZERS WITH TABLET HOLDERS.

•WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES. IF TRACKING SAYS PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED AND YOU DID NOT RECEIVE IT YOU WILL NEED TO REACH OUT TO USPS FOR ASSISTANCE.
ENTERING THE WRONG ADDRESS OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES WILL RESULT IN PACKAGE BEING LOST AND WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF THIS HAPPENS SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE CHECKING OUT!

•We will not accept returns based on fabric not being what you expected, we clearly state in listings that computer monitors and mobile devices may give slightly different color representations of the actual fabric.

•We will accept returns ONLY when customer contacts us within 14 days of delivery AND ships items back to us within 30 days of delivery confirmation date.

•Goods acceptable for return must be: unused, unaltered, and in original condition.

•If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

•ALL ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

•Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
