My wife is a busy person who tends to be rough on her hands, so when she lost a turqoiuse stone from her wedding ring years later, we weren't surprised. At first we tried to find a local jeweler to fix it to no avail. Finally, we went to the OG, Tina, who quickly diagnosed the issue after requesting more photos from us. For a nominal fee, Belloring re-made the ring. The final product is more sturdy and even more attractive than the original. Throughout the process, Tina was quick to respond and shipped the remade ring back to us promptly. Tina was patient with us emailing her back and forth over several weeks. (We were slow reponding) Shipping was simple. Pricing was upfront. Belloring took care of this customer, and we could not be more pleased.

I picked out several options from Etsy and she picked this one almost immediately. Very happy. Price was very reasonable for the quality and detail.

5 out of 5 starsI had my doubts about buying from an online store, especially something this expensive. I took some time to write this review because I brought the ring to two separate independent Jewelers and had it acid tested. It passed everything as genuine 14k gold. I also had them both polish it again to ensure that it was not plated. Unless the shop is engaging in some insanely deceptive practices, the ring is legit. The craftsmanship is lovely. other reviews mentioned being upset at the small size but the photos do accurately show how large it is.

Rush Order

Principles Of Installment Payment Fee:
1. For orders under $1000, the first installment is a fixed amount of $100.
2. For orders greater than or equal to $1,000, the first installment is charged at 20% of the total cost of the order.
Note:
1. Items will not be shipped until the final installment payment is paid in full;
2. The minimum amount for each payment is $100;
3. We will store your layaway items for 6 months;
4. This installment is non-refundable or non-exchangeable after 48 hours.
Engraving
Engraving service is available and costs $2 per ring. The maximum characters of engraving are 10 (including blank space) for size 7. The maximum characters vary from different ring sizes.

One-year free warranty from date of purchase and lifetime service for all of my rings.
CANCELLATION:
FREE CANCEl WITHIN 48 hours
Orders canceled after 48 hours will be charged 20% for orders of $1000 or more.
Orders less than $1000 will be charged $100.
