I can customize a ring in any way you want. Please contact me directly to share me with your ideas. I would love to create a special ring for you.

Please note that custom item is non-returnable and we reserve the right to shelve and sell customized products.

All my rings are standard US size. If you are from UK, Australia, Europe, or anywhere else, please let me know your finger size and I will tell you the corresponding US size. Here is the link of the ring sizer to help you measure the finger:

Rush order service is available and costs $50. Please contact me before place the order to check if the item would arrive on time with rush service. Here is the link of rush order service:

1. For orders under $1000, the first installment is a fixed amount of $100.
2. For orders greater than or equal to $1,000, the first installment is charged at 20% of the total cost of the order.

Note:
1. Items will not be shipped until the final installment payment is paid in full;
2. The minimum amount for each payment is $100;
3. We will store your layaway items for 6 months;
4. This installment is non-refundable or non-exchangeable after 48 hours.

Engraving service is available and costs $2 per ring. The maximum characters of engraving are 10 (including blank space) for size 7. The maximum characters vary from different ring sizes.

3. Artificially Damaged Orders
4. Orders Over 30-day Return Period

Please Note: All Orders can only be exchanged once.
Returned and exchanged orders must remain original status and packages.
For non-quality issues return and exchange orders, the buyer is supposed to pay the shipping cost.
