*All items ship via Priority Registered Air Mail with tracking number, delivered upon signature. For upgraded express shipping, please send a message.
*Registered mail provides a solid proof of shipping; it's tracking, however, also depends on the recipient's country postal carrier conditions (not all countries support detailed online tracking)
*Registered mail Is one of the most reliable and safe ways of shipping and always requires signature upon delivery. If you are not at home, the postal carrier must leave a notice that your package is available for pick up from the post office.
***IMPORTANT: If a package is not claimed within 15-20 days it will be returned to the sender.

Packages that were returned to me because address is incorrect/undeliverable or were unclaimed (not picked up from the post office, if not received at home) will be refunded minus the shipping costs. If a package is to be sent again for any of the above reasons, an invoice for the shipping costs will be sent to you.

*For items went missing in transit or for any other issue with your order, please message me! I will do my best to locate your order with the shipping carrier or I will offer a replacement or a refund.

*A package is not considered lost before at least 30 working days have passed. (per BG post carrier policy)
*Packages with tracking info that shows the item was delivered and signed for are not considered lost and will be further followed up and investigated for mistakes or incorrect info, provided by the carrier.
