They arrived safely. The package was secure and there wasn't any leaking. I started to open everything and some of the leaves were already withered, yellow spotted, and black mush. I was able to salvage 5 of them. if I'm lucky I'll get about 2 uses out of them.

Hi Jeanette, I wish you would have messaged me prior to the review and we could have fixed the issue.

I received only 4 cuttings.

I always send one or two extra in the bag. Sometimes they will be thin and look like small sticks.

I am very disappointed, The root did not even spurt a leaf. It all died.

Stevie responded on Oct 4, 2026

I’m sorry the roots didn’t sprout for you. I have sprouted them in straight clay soil to loomy soil. I have over 100+ on my property and have never had any not sprout. If they aren’t watered regularly or they are sitting in too much water, they wont sprout. out of 5 root clipping there should be a reason why not one sprouted. If you’d like to message me we can figure out why and try again?

If you're looking for nice comfrey at an affordable price I recommend this. The seller was kind, communicative, generous, and I am very happy with my comfrey order.
