5 out of 5 starsI Ordered this item on july 8th late in the evening and received the item by the afternoon of the 11th!! I don't think I have ever received an item so quickly EVER! The product was exactly as described and a great price at that! They included a handwritten thank you card with my order. The little extra touches show that they really care about their customers. Will absolutely be ordering from them again!

Custom and personalized orders

PRE-DESIGNED PRODUCTS
Products with a set design that only require a name/slogan, should message us after purchasing and/or follow the instructions in the listing.
CUSTOM DESIGNS
Mock-Ups are created by request. They take our designers an average of 1-2 hours to complete a customer request
There are design fees associated with creating personalized looks.
Fee is $25 for two mock-ups.
Fee is $10 per any additional mock-up.
Fees still apply even if the customer send their own design to us.
Design fees are deducted if the customer places an order.
Sizing details
Please review the size charts within a listing to determine the appropriate size.
If you do not see a size chart, please message us BEFORE purchasing, as we will not accept returns.
Care instructions
Products that require special care, will include care instructions when the item is packed for shipment.

This/These Designs are only “SHOWN” as a way to demonstrate the type of work our company can provide. It does NOT allow those designs/ideas to be used elsewhere.
If a decision is made not to use the services of A Bennett Event, the designs/idea stays with us.

Gift wrapping and packaging
A Bennett Event is not responsible for late or lost packages once it is shipped. We put insurance on every package that is shipped. We will provide the shipping information to assist the buyer in filing a claim.
NO BOX/DENTED BOX
Lower priced, since the boxes have slight rips and/or ridges.
NO BOX - Are at the mercy of the delivery company.
No claims can be made if any item is dented or broken. We do our best to wrap as much as possible, but the buyer takes the risk by purchasing a No Box item.
