Returns and Exchanges

Usually, once an order has been placed, I do not usually accept returns and exchanges.

However, message me with any questions. I will take returns on a case by case basis.

Shipping and Exchanges

I ship with the USPS in the USA, with tracking. This has an estimated ship time of 3-8 business days, after processing. This is the estimate of the USPS, not Ben's Design Co.

All domestic orders will have a tracking number that should update after 24-48 hours of shipping. The estimated delivery date is only an estimation, it is not guaranteed. Once it is shipped, it is out of the hands of Ben's Design Co., and in the USPS shipping system.

If problems arise after your order is shipped, please contact your local post office, or the USPS corporate, before contacting me. I will try my best to help, but I would appreciate it if you can try to check on it before coming back to Ben's Design Co.
