Frequently asked questions
How do I care for my doormat?
Caring for your doormat is very simple! Keep out of direct sun if possible. Shake off often to get any dirt and particles off of it. As it is a coir fiber doormat, certain materials may stick to it easily. Simply use a lint roller to get anything off that won't come off when you shake it!
DO NOT get it wet. Once wet, it might bubble or the color may alter.
After all, it is a doormat! It's meant to get dirt and collect dirt to prevent it from coming into your home!
