How do I select the colors I wish to purchase?

View our online swatch chart (shown in the second image of all custom listings) to make a a custom selection of colors. Make note and type these colors in the "message to seller" box at checkout.

I forgot to add something to my order! Can you combine orders?

We make every effort to combine multiple orders -but we process orders quickly here -so it may be too late! Leave us a note with your order and we will do the best we can. If we catch it you can expect your shipping to be upgraded to priority!

How much does it cost to ship my item?

Shipping costs are listed under the 'shipping & policies' tab in each listing. For purchases including multiple listings we suggest looking at your cart for an updated shipping price. Over at www.benziedesign.com domestic customers receive free shipping at purchases over $85.00.

Can I return my item?

In most cases, yes! Please contact us for verification + expect a 15% return fee.

COVID-19 Shipping Information

Even though Benzie continues to ship within 24 hours please expect delays in delivery by the USPS. Keep in mind that USPS Priority and First Class is shipping a several days later than expected and does not consider a package lost until 15 business days have passed. Please contact us after 15 business days have passed if you have not received your package.

What is the difference between Bellwether Pure Felt and Benzie Wool Blend Felt?

Benzie offers two different types of wool felt:

1. Our Bellwether Felt is 100% pure wool (it's just gorgeous!), includes 24 colors and is only available by individual colors on Etsy: https://www.etsy.com/shop/BenzieDesign?ref=seller-platform-mcnav§ion_id=28461559

2. Wool Blend Felt is a blend of wool and rayon. We offer 90 colors of wool blend felt in bundles of 5 or more. You can select these colors by utilizing the swatch chart on the listing and typing out your colors in the personalized messages.
