I haven't received my email from Templett, when will it come through?
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH TEMPLETT: You can go directly to the Templett website (www.templett.com) and log in with your email address. Your purchase/s will be loaded there. You do not need an email link.
IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY HAVE A TEMPLETT ACCOUNT:
You will receive an email from Templett (not Etsy) with a direct link that will take you to your purchase/s and where you can set up your account. This email will be sent to the email address linked with your Etsy account. The email should come through instantly but it can take 10-15 minutes in some cases. Be sure to check your SPAM and JUNK folders.
My Templett link was sent to an email account I no longer have access too! Can you re-send it another email address?
This is an easy fix, do not stress! If you no longer have access to the email address linked to your Etsy account, you can access your purchase by going directly to Templett. Just follow the below instructions:

Unfortunately we aren't able to manually re-send the email to another email address, as we don't have authority to update customers personal details. Once you have followed the steps in the link above, you will then be able to go into your account and change your email address to a current one.
Can I edit the template on my mobile phone or tablet device?
We can finally say - YES! From December 2022, you are now able to edit your template on your mobile and tablet devices. However, we do still STRONGLY recommend using a computer/laptop as it will be much easier/smoother to edit.
Can I change the size of my purchased templates?
The sizing can not be changed. Please make sure to read the sizing measurements in the item details before purchase. If there is a particular size you want that is not offered in the original purchase, we can do a custom order - just send us a message.
What can/can't be edited with each template?
Most of our templates are 100% editable in terms of text, color, font, placement and background colors. Some items do have restrictions though (eg. some words may not be editable). To find out the specifics for each listing, click on the 'Item Details' and scroll down until you see the 'EDITING' heading. That will list what can and can't be edited with this template.
Graphic colors and the templates size can not be edited. So for example if you purchase a portrait sign, you aren't able to change it to landscape.
How do I print multiple per page on Templett?
When you're in Templett and your file is ready to go, click 'Download' -> 'PDF' -> 'Save Paper'. The Save Paper option fits as many templates onto the page as possible.
Do we offer printing services as well or have printing recommendations?
At this stage we are only selling digital files, however we have partnered with Prints of Love to offer fast, high quality yet affordable printing. Plus free 2-4 day U.S shipping, 2-sided prints, with FREE envelopes.

Shipping to Canada is $29.99 USD. Shipping takes approximately 5-7 days. All other international shipping is $49 USD and takes approximately 6-10 days.
Make sure to download as PDF. PDFs are great for ‘Prints of Love’ because Templett PDF’s are vector files, so the quality is very high, and the text will always remain sharp.

My event is not for a while, do the templates have a time limit?
Currently we have no time limits on our templates. All your templates will be stored on your Templett account, so you can log in & access them whenever you need.
