Our Simulated Diamonds use grade 7A to 8A quality cubic zirconia excellent hand-cut to the same standards as natural diamonds. They're nearly indistinguishable from diamonds and provide incomparable brilliance at an affordable price. Our ethical alternative offers the same luxurious feel and stunning look as natural diamonds without the associated cost or ethical concerns. With our Simulated Diamonds, you can enjoy the same stunning look and luxurious feel of a diamond without breaking the bank.
How to verify the authenticity of 925 sterling silver?
To ensure that our customers receive only the highest quality products, we use 925 sterling silver in all of our jewelry pieces. Each product is stamped with the 925 Hallmark, which serves as proof of its authenticity and quality. By using this hallmark, we guarantee that our customers receive only genuine, high-quality products from Besbelle Jewels.
Do you take custom orders?
We do not take custom or personalized orders.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns on all orders within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Return items must be in its original condition and packaging without signs of wear or damage. The return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return items that arrive damaged with clear signs of wear and tear is subject to a 30% restocking fee.
What is your exchange policy?
We offer one-time exchanges on all orders within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Exchange items must be in its original condition and packaging without signs of wear or damage. The return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility but re-shipment of your exchange item back to you is on us. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process and ship your exchange item.
Do you ship internationally? Will I be charged duties, taxes, and any other fees?
Yes, we ship to most countries around the world! Additional shipping fees do apply and will be applied at checkout.
Most packages will pass through customs without any additional charges. However, duties and taxes vary by country. If you are placing an order from outside the US, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's duties and taxes. Any fees charged on international packages will be your responsibility.
Besbelle does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be.
How do I take care of my Besbelle jewelry?
Every piece of jewelry needs to be cleaned. Follow the three simple rules below to cherish your jewelry for a longer period of time:
1. Avoid wearing while showering, bathing, swimming, or using chemicals.
2. Gently wipe off residues with a soft cloth, and use provided polish cloth for deep cleaning (avoid rubbing too hard to protect plating). Clean stones with soap and lukewarm water using a soft toothbrush.
3. Store in an air-tight container, away from sunlight, warm areas, bathrooms, or humidity.
※ When and how do I use the POLISH CLOTH?
The polish cloth that we provided is for deep cleaning only! Be careful not to over-polish as it might rub off the gold/rhodium plating. The polish in the cloth will turn black as it activates.
