My new start!
Everything started when I had my first baby.
I was a social worker before being a wife and mom. When I got married and soon got pregnant with my firstborn, I know I have to stay at home. I want to spend every moment with her. That's my best investment! So I put my professional career aside, and pick up my crafty tools.
After my first baby was born, I felt I have endless ideas! I felt like I want to hand make everything I can for her. That's about the time I know about ETSY. In 2011, I opened my first shop! However, I have no ideas how to run a business. So I just let it dry.
Until the end of 2013, I finally pick it back up, and tried to put new items and new ideas into it. Thank God, I was able to make a few sales. (You can visit it here http://yehsproduction.etsy.com)
And then, I am seriously considering homeschool my kids, which means I won't be able to crochet or knit or hand make that much as before. Therefore, doing a little digital design came into my mind. In the end of 2014, I officially opened my second shop besidesyarn, and decided to do some family friendly, Christian living quotes and bible verses wall art. Every design is my own reflection of my relationship with God.
Right now we are on an adventure serving in a missionary school in Taiwan. We are blseed with four kids, so far. I am very excited about my new chapter, with my kids and with etsy. I hope you enjoy my work as much as I do!!
