How do I get my files after purchase them?
Shortly after you make your purchase, you will receive an email from Templett (not Etsy) to access your files. PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK IN CASE IT HAS GONE THERE. The files are not in your Etsy account - they will only appear on Templett.
You can access your order using your order number and email address. Please follow this link for directions: https://help.templett.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021133911-I-Don-t-Have-Access-To-My-Email
Do not use Apple ID or you will not receive them. With Apple ID, you don't provide an email address, therefore we don't have an email address to send the files to. iCloud emails are fine and this is different from an Apple ID.

What paper is recommened for printing?
I recommend using matte photo paper or white card stock to ensure your invitations look their best.
How do I edit my order?
Please make sure you have read the item description to see what type of item you are purchasing.
Some of our designs are editable, some are non editable and are sold as seen. The listing description will let you know what type of item you are purchasing, carefully read the product listing description before purchase to see what type of file you are purchasing and how it will be delivered or how you are able to retrieve it.
*The Templett website can only be used on computers or laptops

Can you edit/customize a template for me?
Unfortunately, we do not offer editing services or any customisations of any type for digital files. All of our templates are DIY - to be edited by the customer. We recommend trying the demo before purchasing. Please do not purchase if you don't have a computer and you are not able to edit it yourself.

FOR NON-EDITABLE ITEMS and PDF EDITABLE FILES: You will be able to download or access your files immediately after checkout. To download your file(s), go to your "Purchases" and the find order. From there, you will find a link to download your files.
What are the Terms Of Uses?
• The purchase of a template is for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
• To prevent unauthorised commercial use, downloads are limited to 20. If you require more than 20 downloads, please contact us.
• The template(S) will be available for 1 years from the day of your purchase.
• The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, templates from BestCelebrations is solely for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, sale or other commercial use. No part of any content, description or template may be reproduced in any form.
BestCelebrations reserves the right to revoke access to a template if the user fails to comply with the terms.
Why is my file not printing correctly?
Please keep in mind that I create the files to have printed and is not responsible for the printing aspect of the files. That is solely the responsibility of the buyer due to the many variables listed below that are out of my control as you are not using my services for printing. I am in no way affiliated with the outcome.
● Your files will print 'exactly' as they 'view'. If they look different in any way once printed, that's a technical issue with your printing vendor NOT the files sent to you as JPG and PDF files can't physically alter in any way as I only work with crisp and authentic graphics and fonts.
● When the file(s) 'view' crisply but 'PRINT' blurry, 99.9% of the time that means that the file(s) were saved incorrectly. Make sure

I accept Paypal payments which includes Visa and Mastercard.
You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Please note that orders made via PayPal with an E-Check typically take longer as payment clears 3-5 days after an order is purchased. Receipt of cleared payment is required before any design work begins or before any orders are sent via email.
