Best Day Ever Design, Where celebrations are Felt.

We are Kim and Ashley, a Mother Daughter team who come from a long line of creative and artistic women. We have always enjoyed being together. Whether it is sewing, cooking, crafting, shopping or planning a party. Our inspiration seems to feed off each other.

For some time we have coined these moments as, "The Best Day Ever" with each other. They are moments filled with wonderful memories and love. Moments to treasure and always remember. It's with those emotions that we named our shop "Best Day Ever Design".

It is our hope that our creations will help you plan and bring to life your visions for some of your own Best Day's Ever. Be it a wedding, birthday, baby shower or just a wonderful family get together we have decor that will give your event that, from the heart, special touch, that people remember and talk about for years to come.

All of our items are custom handmade creations made by us, for you, in our studio. Needle felting is an art form we have both fallen in love with. It is a process that takes many hours to complete, where a barbed needle is inserted into the loose wool roving over and over again until the fibers bind together and a shape begins to form.

As we continue to create together we look forward to making new friends and memories with you through our shop and sharing some " Best Day Ever Design".

Welcome to Best Day Ever Design! We are a Mother Daughter Team that creates beautiful needle felted items for your special events. From birthday parties and holiday decorations, to baby showers and family get togethers we are excited to help you create your "Best Day Ever."

Returns and exchanges
All products sold at Best Day Ever Design are guaranteed. Return your item within three days of its arrival in the same condition it was sent to you and receive your money back. Refunds will be given after item is returned. Buyer is responsible for shipping both directions.
Payment
We accept credit cards, PayPal and Etsy gift cards.

Orders may not be canceled once they are shipped.
Shipping
We ship USPS First Class Mail with confirmation. Your purchase will ship 3 - 5 business days from the time payment is received. We carefully package each creation to ensure its safe arrival. If you need your purchase sooner, please message us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

All orders are automatically shipped to your Etsy address, so please make sure it is correct. Buyers are responsible for costs of returned and resent packages.

We are happy to ship anywhere. All International orders will be sent First Class International. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, tarifs, duties etc. that may be incurred at time of delivery. Returns cannot be accepted on International orders due to custom fees.

We gladly accept custom orders. Each custom order is priced on an individual basis. Send us an Etsy message with your request and we will get a quote to you. Once an agreement on details, timeline, and price have been made we will send you a custom listing. We will wait for payment on this listing before we begin work on the order. Custom orders must be purchased one week from being listed.

All items are made in a smoke free home

All items are created by hand. Please allow for slight variances from photos. Please note that colors may vary from your computer screen. We do our best to demonstrate the best color representation in our product.

Our creations are for decoration only and are not intended to be toys. Please make sure garlands are installed securely and out of reach of young children.
