5 out of 5 starsThis ring was spectacular. Beautiful stone and wonderful detail. No communication beyond initial order placement photo and missing other items. I was so terribly disappointed to not receive the other item with virtually NO communication. It seems from other reviews this is not typical behavior of this seller, but I will likely not risk it again.

Where is your jewelry made?
Betami jewelry is proudly made by master goldsmiths in Virginia. Our gold chains are made in Italy.
Are your gemstones natural or labmade?
All of the gemstones we use, including diamonds, are natural and are sourced directly from select mines or from our international suppliers.
Stones such as sapphires and tanzanites may undergo industry-standard heating. Our opals are completely untreated— no dyes, resins, or smoke.
What is the timeline for fully bespoke or custom jewelry?
The timeline is 4 to 6 weeks for fully custom and bespoke jewelry. Jewelry may be expedited, however. Please let us know if you would like to receive your piece by a certain date.
What kinds of jewelry do you make?
While our most requested items are pendants and rings, our team is happy to offer a wide range of jewelry offerings to suit your personal style and preferences. From elaborate station necklaces and drop earrings to bold, weighty bangles, our expert goldsmiths can bring your vision to life.
As a fine jeweler, we work exclusively in 14k, 18k, 21k, and platinum.
Kindly note: Custom/bespoke and made-to-order jewelry are final sale.
Can I use my own gemstone or rework an heirloom?
We would be more than honored to work with your heirloom stone! However, at this time, we cannot work with client stones or metal.
How do you pack and ship your jewelry?
We take the time to package your orders with additional packaging material so that each piece may arrive safely to its destination. The outer box is unbranded and does not contain the words jewelry or gem, so the parcel is inconspicuous. All shipments require a signature upon delivery and are fully insured in the event that something happens during transit.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns with a few restrictions. Anything that was already in stock and not specially created for the client can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Pieces that have been made to order, engraved, resized, or otherwise altered cannot be returned.
Item must be in brand new, unworn, and undamaged condition with all tags attached and with original packaging materials to qualify for a return or exchange. Refund does not include initial or return shipping costs. For orders that received complimentary shipping, this amount is $20.
