The item was received very well packaged and as ordered. Only flaw I noticed was one of my “i”’s weren’t dotted. I have ordered signs previously with white backgrounds and black letters that were slightly and beautifully distressed. This custom sign was ordered with a black background. I was assuming there would be some light distressing as with the white background. I may have missed that in the description and I did not specifically ask for it. The sign is still beautiful without the distressing and I look forward to hanging it in my home. Thanks to the design team for making a few proofs to choose from. Getting through the proof process can take a little time as they send out proofs/corrections 2-3 times a week. This is my 4th sign from this company and I am sure I will order more in the future!
