Once upon a time.

I have always lived in a fantasy world. From being an avid reader of fantasy novels when I was younger, to playing fantasy-based video and tabletop games, to finally picking up a crochet hook and realizing I could use it to bring magical creatures to life. Crochet has allowed me to finally have my own firelizard, little fairy friends, mischievous mushroom sprites, and now I want to send them home with you!

Bextraordinary Creatures is about bringing a bit of magic into the world. From finished projects to accessories for your own creations, I strive to reach the part of us that never stops dreaming -- the part of us that checks the hollows of tree trunks or keeps watch for little rings of stones, just in case...
